Creative Valley Collectiv presents a collection of 6 distinctive, high-end meeting and event spaces located right on the Stationsplein of Utrecht CS. Additionally, at Business Park Papendorp, we offer the most stylish and high-end furnished “hutje op de hei” for the business community in the Netherlands: The Pavilion.

At Collectiv, our focus is on collaborative work, exchanging ideas, and achieving shared results in an intimate, stylish, and inspiring environment. Whether it’s a discreet meeting, a creative brainstorm, a chic client event, or an interactive workshop – for four visitors or forty – you decide, and we ensure every detail is meticulously taken care of.

INTIMATE, STYLISH AND PERSONAL

From The Auditorium to The Study, from The Workshop to The Salon, and from The Classic to The Glass House – all spaces are flexible, multifunctional, and impeccably equipped. The Pavilion offers the perfect elegant setting for private meetings, private dining, and private events.

At Collectiv, we ensure that you and your group get exactly what you need. This naturally includes reception, breaks, lunch, or breakout spaces. For these situations, we have the perfect rooms; in The Lounge, our team welcomes you and guides you to the right space. The Time Out is the perfect spot where you can relax during meetings, read the newspaper with a sandwich, or handle calls in between.

When we organise a meeting or event for you, everything revolves around you and your wishes. We are not going to tell you what we can do; we will listen very carefully to what you expect. And then we will make sure you get exactly that. From the first quotation to the last goody bag, we work closely with you: flexible, personal and proactive.

Our experienced team is creative, versatile and likes to be challenged to put together a completely tailor-made programme. A combination of multiple spaces? All rooms at once? Thematic decoration? Customised catering? Just tell us what you need and we will make you a surprising and complete proposal.

We know how important good food and drinks are for the success of your event. This is why we have perhaps one of the best F&B teams in the industry. We serve fresh, top-class products in our brasserie, La Vallée: from luxurious sandwiches to complete menus at the highest level. Vegetarian, vegan or other wishes? Just tell us.

Stylish design, inspiring art, unique architecture and committed, personal service make every meeting special. We did not cut any corners when developing our facilities. And you can feel it, see it, experience it and taste it. You get more than you expect, but at a lower cost than you thought. We call that affordable luxury.

programming

To keep in touch with what is going on and to give something back to our guests, we programme Collectiv Hosted Events ourselves (or with third parties). Collectiv works as a platform or stage for a series of very diverse meetings, from speaker events to networking drinks, from events for the cultural sector to government and business. IT DOESN'T GET ANY MORE ACCESSIBLE

With Creative Valley you can go in any direction. Literally. We have two locations in the middle of the Netherlands. Our branch at Business Park Papendorp is located right at the intersection of the A12 and A2; This makes it the most accessible office park in the Netherlands. And our branch at Utrecht CS station is literally at the public transport hub of the Netherlands: you can step straight from the train, tram or bus into Creative Valley.
