Our open floors mean you’re right in the middle of the action. And if you want to work in silence, there are various places you can go to concentrate. You have access to several meeting places, a comfortable lounge and beautiful boardrooms for your meetings. And of course our brasserie is the best place to have a delicious lunch and receive your guests.

Corporate Membership
FLEX SPACE – MEETING ROOM – CLUBHOUSE
A new way of working requires flexibility, and this includes in terms of square metres. You want to to be able to make use of a workplace or meeting room when you need it, and at a location that works best for you. A place where you can come together with colleagues to work, brainstorm, and socialise while automatically coming into contact with an interesting community of like-minded people.

Studios
CONVENIENCE, COMFORT AND LUXURY
We have creative studios for teams of up to 6 people on the open floors. We provide these lockable workplaces fully furnished, which means you and your team can get started straight away. This solution means you are choosing the comfort of your own office, but with the convenience and luxury of everything Creative Valley has to offer. There are various meeting places, quiet places for concentration, a beautiful lounge, and of course our brasserie that you always have access to.
Private Lofts
COMPLETE OFFICE SPACE FROM 150M₂
Ambitious companies and creative corporates will find the perfect office solution in our open and transparent private lofts. These private spaces can be fully furnished and shaped to the wishes and identity of the organisation. In addition, the private lofts are flexible and scalable, which means the space can grow with the success of the company. And if desired, we can take care of the complete furnishing too.

IT DOESN'T GET ANY MORE ACCESSIBLE
With Creative Valley, accessibility is key, quite literally. We’re strategically positioned with two locations right in the heart of the Netherlands. Our Business Park Papendorp site is situated right at the crossroads of the A12 and A2 highways, making it the most accessible office park in the Netherlands. Meanwhile, our Utrecht CS station location is literally at the transportation hub of the country: step off the train, tram, or bus, and you’re right at Creative Valley.
